In the field of public health, Armenian Defense Minister Vagharshak Harutyunyan, along with US Ambassador to Armenia Lynne Tracy and the head of the International Organization for Migration Laura Thompson, visited the Defense Ministry’s hospital to observe changes in the military medical field in Armenia. They were joined by an international expert with experience in education, who is assisting the Ministry of Education in modernizing and improving the quality of education at the National Defense Academy. During the visit, the expert also met with Deputy Minister of Defense Arpine Hovhannisyan and Defense Ministry’s Department of Planning, Policy, and Finance Head Armen Mkrtchyan. Discussions were held on educational activities, living conditions, and the provision of supplies. The expert also met with various representatives to discuss quality assurance issues and ensure the overall improvement of education.
