Armenia’s citizens can look forward to positive changes in visa liberalization with the European Union (EU), as announced during a discussion evaluating the implementation of the Government’s Action Plan on June 4, 2023. The ruling coalition’s representative revealed that the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Harutyunyan, will be making external announcements regarding the expansion of intergovernmental agreements with the EU.

Harutyunyan expressed optimism, stating, “I believe we will witness positive changes in the visa liberalization process for Armenia and the European Union.”
