The event is being organized by Mika Ayvazyan, the leader of the Gyumri division of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation. Archbishop Bagrat Srapazan’s participation in the group’s “Talouys” concert is noteworthy since it was postponed earlier due to the Prime Minister’s declaration of martial law.
