Yesterday, on May 31st, a major car accident occurred in the Ararat region. At approximately 15:30, a Nissan car lost control on the Yerevan-Yeraskh highway in the 1st km section. As a result, the car crossed the road and collided with the railing. The driver and passengers suffered injuries in the incident. The circumstances surrounding the accident remain unclear, as reported by Shamshyan.com. Immediately after the accident, the injured individuals were taken to the “Erebuni” Medical Center for medical treatment.

Medical personnel at the hospital provided first aid to the injured individuals before transporting them. The Ararat regional rescue department and the emergency medical team of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia promptly provided immediate medical assistance. Following the necessary medical procedures, the car involved in the accident was towed away, the gas valve was closed, and a rescue operation was carried out.

Masis TV has reported that the forensic department of Masis has initiated a criminal case related to the accident. The authorities are currently working on clarifying the identity of the driver and determining the severity of the injuries sustained by those involved in the accident. According to information available on their website, the injured individuals include a mother and child.
