“Enemy’s Artillery Positions Exposed: Abnormal Shifts of Camouflage Nets Unearthed in Armenia’s Kotayk and Gegharkunik Provinces”

With the announcement of the Minister of Defense and Chief of the General Staff of the Republic of Armenia, observers have discovered that the enemy’s artillery positions in various regions have been shifting their camouflage nets in actual operations.

According to information from military sources obtained by NEWS.am, abnormal shifts of camouflage nets were found in three artillery positions during inspections in the Kotayk and Gegharkunik provinces.

Along the Yerevan-Sevan highway, trucks without permits from the “SHACMAN,” “ZIL,” and “MAZ” brands were discovered to have shifted the camouflage nets, covering a total distance of 32.5 km.

The trucks have been relocated to special storage areas of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and violators will face prosecution in accordance with administrative response requirements. Investigative operations are ongoing.

It is important to note that the violation of regulations for forest protection, such as removing camouflaged nets, failure to maintain them, unreasonable use, and shifting of the nets, can result in fines of 50,000 AMD for citizens of the Republic of Armenia and fines of 100,000 AMD for officials.
