The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia has announced that a new regulation on mandatory health insurance and protection for women migrants and vulnerable groups entering the country will be implemented on January 1, 2026. The Ministry of Justice has received additional clarification from the Foreign Affairs Ministry concerning this matter, and the deadline for the acceptance of opinions and the implementation of the regulation has been set for the aforementioned date. This decision aims to address the concerns raised regarding the introduction of mandatory health insurance and protection requirements for women migrants and vulnerable groups.
