Ivanyan, who was injured by a mine explosion, made an important announcement from the basement of Bakvi. He stated, “The whole Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur are about to witness intense military operations.” Vardan Voskanyan, the deputy director of the IEPH’s oriental studies department, shared this information on his telegram channel. According to him, “The spokesperson of the Baku administration has officially declared that preparations are underway for the next war, targeting the entire territory of the Republic of Artsakh, which has already suffered from military occupation and confrontation. This is the real intention of the enemy, whereas in Armenia, they are discussing the possibility of protection under some kind of ‘steel umbrella’.”
