Charles Fries, the chief of the European External Action Service’s Department for Security and Defense Policy and Crisis Response, shared this update on his microblog. Fries mentioned a positive and productive meeting with Armenia’s Minister of Security and Defense, Suren Papikyan, where they discussed the steps being taken by both parties to strengthen their collaboration.
