Bishop Bagrat and the organizers of the movement gathered in front of the National Assembly (NCA) building on Nalbandian Street. Their goal was to negotiate with the NCA regarding access to the building. The intention was to block the entrances in order to prevent Vahe Ghazaryan from attending the National Assembly.

Prior to this, members of the movement had arrived at the NCA to meet with Vahe Ghazaryan, the spokesperson for the NCA. Bishop Bagrat, accompanied by the mother of Narek Sargsyan, an NCA policeman, approached the NCA and conveyed that Vahe Ghazaryan was willing to meet, but not under the current circumstances. In addition, Bishop Bagrat mentioned that he had other appointments at the moment.
