In Artsakh, the population will be sent to the frontlines if martial law is not implemented, as revealed by Harajya Papinyan on her Facebook page. She highlighted that in six different communities in Artsakh, external navigation has been terminated, leaving all options on the table. The volunteer soldiers will face complex challenges in this situation. Further exacerbating the issue is the fact that some of the veteran’s houses are damaged, and there is no guarantee that they will be able to reach out for help from their daughter or son-in-law, causing significant problems for the elderly population.
