The possibility of sending humanitarian aid to Artsakh has become important for the Russian public opinion, according to Grigory Karasin, the Chairman of the Commission on Foreign Affairs of the State Duma. He made this announcement during a press conference that included the head of the Artsakh delegation to the inter-parliamentary relations and international cooperation committee, Samed Seyidov, as well as the Milli Majlis delegation of Azerbaijan.
