“Road Collapse and Electrical Cable Explosion Cause Chaos in Yerevan Neighborhood”
On May 26th, at 21:10, the national emergency center for earthquake management received a report about a section of the road on Sero Khanzadyan street in Yerevan collapsing due to an electrical cable explosion. According to NEWS.am, the situation was resolved by the special rescue unit of the Emergency Situations Ministry. The explosion happened near a residential building, causing the electric cable to fall on a Mercedes car, blocking the road. Thankfully, rescue workers cleared the area promptly.
