On May 25, the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Armenia, Vahram Hakobyan, attended the annual meeting of the Auditor General and Expert Accountants of Armenia, organized by the Ministry of Finance. The Minister addressed the participants, which included auditors, expert accountants, and representatives of auditing organizations, emphasizing the crucial role they play in ensuring the successful execution of government activities. He also highlighted the importance of strengthening the fields of audit and forensic accounting, and the government’s responsibility in implementing them across various sectors. Tathoul Movsisyan, the President of the Palace, delivered a report on the achievements of the palace in 2023, which was subsequently approved by its members. Additionally, the Palace Council consisted of representatives from the Ministry of Finance and the National Audit Office.
