The executive committee of Yerevan City Hall announced today, on May 27th, that a 20-hectare housing complex called HOAK will be constructed this year. The project will involve the installation of modern equipment and systems. The construction work in the area has already been finished, and efforts are underway to extend the energy system’s 100 km-long cableway. Additionally, the complex will be equipped with solar-powered lighting.
