“Armenian Prime Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and French President’s Chief of Staff Jérôme Sefert Discuss Bilateral Cooperation and Expanding Relations”

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, recently met with Jérôme Sefert, the Chief of Staff of the French President, who is visiting Armenia. They discussed various issues regarding bilateral cooperation between Armenia and France, including ongoing joint projects and potential areas for expanded cooperation. Mirzoyan emphasized that the Armenian-French relations are progressing dynamically across different sectors and at various levels. The Head of the External Political Observer of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs also acknowledged the importance of political dialogues and effective projects in strengthening Armenia’s foreign policy interests. The Prime Minister and the Chief of Staff commended the cooperation between Armenia, the Office for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and the positive outcomes of previous collaborations.

It is worth noting that the Prime Minister greatly valued the collaboration between the OECD and the Territorial Development program of the RA government. He also recognized Jerome Sefert’s efforts in fostering cooperation with the Tavush province and acknowledged the contributions of Georges Siffredi. Additionally, Mirzoyan highlighted the issues surrounding the irrigation system in the northern regions of Armenia.
