Armenian Foreign Minister Slams France’s Silence on Azerbaijan’s Aggression

The talks with Paris are coming to an end. “France needs to know that it cannot maintain its attitude of silence towards Azerbaijan’s military aggression,” stated Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ayvazyan during his meeting with members of LREM in the Armenian National Assembly.

“Not only did France not make any efforts to demand an end to this irresponsible and unacceptable behavior, but on the contrary, it expanded its cooperation with Azerbaijan in various fields, including defense,” said Hayrapetyan.

“Before Azerbaijan became a ‘diplomatic darling,’ it would have been more useful for France to take lessons from the current situation (tragedy) in terms of its (geo)political activities. France needs to know that its declared unprovoked announcements and assertions do not remain unanswered,” he added.
