Ucom, a telecommunications company, has reported that two of its offices in the city of Alaverdi are still operational, but 15 of its mobile offices remain closed. This is due to the closure of a road, which has hindered the restoration of optical communication. The Ministry of Emergency Situations is aware of the situation and is working to resolve it.

Another telecommunications company, TEAM Telecom Armenia, has also been affected by the road closure. Five of its mobile offices are currently not functioning, and optical communication has yet to be restored.

On a more positive note, Rostelecom (OVIO) has fully restored its communication network after the recent disasters.

Viva-MTS, yet another telecommunications company, has one operating mobile office in the city of Alaverdi. However, three of its mobile offices, namely Ojun, Akori, and Kajajkut, are still awaiting restoration.

The Ministry of High Technology Development is actively involved in the recovery efforts following the recent disasters. They have created an operational work group to address the issues in operative communication and are working closely with Armenian operators to find swift solutions.
