Russian President Vladimir Putin has a unique work schedule, as he finishes his working day in the late hours of the night and resumes his duties early in the morning, according to Pavel Zarubin, a correspondent for ВГТРК. This information was relayed to Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President. Peskov described Putin as a highly efficient worker with excellent communication skills, which Zarubin agreed with, finding the explanation completely understandable. Peskov further revealed that the current state of the country requires constant attention from the President, who is well aware of his responsibilities and how to handle them. Therefore, Putin remains in touch with important matters even in the early morning hours.
