This devastating incident has caused significant damage to a residential building. Mohamad Rahmani, the governor of Abadan, has informed that the explosion occurred due to the negligence of a local telecommunications company in their construction work and lack of safety measures. Additionally, it has been mentioned that one of the residents from the affected building has suffered from severe burns.
