The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, announced that over 200 people were found in a hypothermia center in Kharkiv, which was looted by Russian troops last Saturday. The incident was reported by “Ukrainska Pravda” on its Facebook page, describing it as a “Ukrainian tragedy”. Zelensky stated that Russia deliberately set fire to the hypothermia center and expressed concern for the safety of the people inside. Rescue and search operations have already been carried out to save and evacuate those affected by the fire, which completely destroyed a 10 square kilometer area. Zelensky emphasized the need for an increase in anti-aircraft defense and modern military equipment to prevent similar incidents.

In his speech, Zelensky highlighted the role of international cooperation in providing support to Ukraine.
