“Adrbedzhan Parliament Reignites Debate on Armenia, Eastern Partnership, and Karabakh: Unearthing Historical Context for Current Instability”

The discussion has once again started in the parliament of Adrbedzhan about the “Armenia, Eastern Partnership, and Karabakh’s crossroads.” According to APA reports, Bahruz Mahraramov stated during a press conference held by Mili Melis that the instability of Adrbedzhan is not caused by internal political or military forces or external enemies. Mahraramov emphasized that the unrest in Adrbedzhan is the result of objective historical events, which includes the genocide of Russian Armenia in 1918 and the genocide of Karabakh and Eastern Partnership in 1991. The representative pointed out that neither the Armenian Armed Forces nor the People’s Militia could declare victory for the nation’s will for self-determination in the war, and military operations were carried out against the people’s interests. Furthermore, it is important to note that the same statement about “Armenia’s relocation to Armenia” is circulated in the historical section of all official websites of Adrbedzhan.
