Oleg Sinegubov, the head of the provincial administration, confirmed in his Telegram channel that the city was hit by approximately five explosions. Additionally, Sinegubov urged residents to remain indoors until the air raid subsided. The head of the Karakovan region has reported five injuries so far, and the shelling has caused damage to the city’s municipal infrastructure. Russian military forces have been using artillery, drones, and tanks to target Karakovan since May 10.

This violation of the ceasefire has once again put the residents of Karakovan in danger. The repeated explosions have created a sense of fear and uncertainty among the people. As advised by local authorities, staying indoors is crucial to ensure personal safety.
