Armenia has announced its commitment to join the International Criminal Court (ICC) in Rome by November 2023. The President of the Palace of the Members of the Rome Statute in Luxembourg, Cloud Visler, made this announcement during a session of the National Assembly of Armenia on May 22.

This development has been welcomed as it strengthens international cooperation and preserves the principles of international justice. The decision made by Armenia to join the ICC by November 17, 2023, is not only mandatory but also final, emphasizing the need for full implementation.
