“Prime Minister’s Chief of Staff Welcomes French Ambassador to Armenia, Emphasizes Strengthening Bilateral Cooperation”

The Ambassador of France to Armenia, Olivia Decotigny, was officially welcomed by Arayik Harutyunyan, the Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister. In their meeting, they discussed bilateral cooperation between Armenia and France in various areas such as tourism, construction projects, security, and joint programs in the cultural sector. Both parties stressed the significance of high-level exchanges. Harutyunyan highlighted the special nature of the relationship between the two countries and expressed the government of Armenia’s commitment to further enhancing cooperation in different fields.

Armenian and French officials have collaborated on joint programs in the tourism sector. The meeting also delved into discussions on commemoration events for the world-renowned Armenian singer, Charles Aznavour, in honor of the artist’s 100th anniversary.
