Armenia’s Republic of Authorities has officially confirmed the news regarding the visit of high-level officials to the country. Anahit Badalyan, the spokesperson for the Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister, made this announcement while addressing the cancellation of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi’s visit to Armenia, which was scheduled for May 19.

Prior to this confirmation, NEWS.am reported that TASS, citing anonymous sources, had initially announced President Raisi’s planned visit to Armenia. However, the visit was abruptly cancelled at the last minute.
