Yerevan’s new mayor, Lai Tsing Den, and his deputy, Sya Bi Kim, recently visited the “Chishan” farm in Taipei. The farm is well-known for its high-quality fish breeding. During the visit, the officials were accompanied by a group of unidentified divers who sat near a closed gate located on a stream. The divers had signs on their mouths, indicating that they were not able to speak. Accompanied by black-armored rescuers, the divers were connected to ropes as they prepared to overcome the obstacle. Lai, Syaon, and their guests, who included heads of state responsible for the intellectual relations between Yerevan and various countries, patiently waited for the diver to navigate the challenge. The diver explained that in the beginning, they playfully interact with the obstacle, so everyone had to wait until they calm down.
