According to shamshyan.com, at 15:50, the New Nork division of the Internal Affairs Service of the RA Police received a report regarding 56 doctors who had called the emergency number from the “Valencia” restaurant complex in Myasnikyan square. They had found a man unconscious. Eyewitnesses and medical staff explained that around 15:30, a man aged between 35 and 40 suddenly collapsed from his chair in the restaurant complex and experienced a cardiac arrest. As a result, the Avan and New Nork administrative districts declared a state of emergency. Medical examinations have shown signs of a heart attack. The investigative department is currently conducting an investigation to clarify the circumstances and cause of death.
