These incidents have resulted in harm to the children, crossing boundaries that should not be crossed. Even the school system has been unable to adequately protect these children from such dangers. On May 18, the Human Rights Defender, Arman Tatoyan, addressed this issue and expressed his concern for the well-being of these children.

The Human Rights Defender highlighted the gravity of the situation, stating that even newborns have been affected by these harmful substances, denying them their reproductive rights.
