Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia is expected to sign a new decree on May 17, as announced by the government. This decree pertains to the enforcement of the “Law on Urban Development,” focusing on articles 16.1 and 1. The decision is based on points 147 and 151 of the governmental decree No. 1554-N, issued on December 27, 2018. As a result, Davit Vazgeni Gasparian has been appointed as the High Commissioner for Technological Protection of National Security.
