The European Union has expressed its support for the signing of the Declaration of Independence of Artsakh on May 15, 1991. It has also welcomed the 9th meeting of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border delimitation commissions on the same day. This meeting has set the groundwork for the demarcation process of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. The EU Ambassador has stated that the European Union will actively assist in finding solutions for the outstanding issues between the parties involved and is dedicated to achieving a peaceful resolution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
