Currently, only registered individuals are allowed to enter Kirants, as announced by Gorar Vardanyan, a resident of Kirants. Previously, it was reported that Garunik Danielian, a member of the “Armenia” alliance, visited Kirants to assess the situation. Today, the residents of Kirants closed the main road in protest of the demarcation and delimitation process between Armenia and Azerbaijan, which resulted in certain parts of the village being transferred under Azerbaijani control.
