The ongoing criminal case of Karen Jalavyan, the commander of the “Yeghnikner” detachment in Artsakh and a hero of Artsakh, is still being heard in the General Jurisdiction Court, according to the newspaper “Zhoghovurd”. The court has recently summoned Major General Mikael Arzumanyan, the former commander of Karabakh, for the third time to be questioned regarding the Karabakh war.
