According to Interfax, the collision between a passenger bus and the Moyka river in St. Petersburg has resulted in 7 casualties. A press release confirmed the number of victims in the incident.

Last Friday, reports emerged of a passenger bus crashing into the Fontanka canal in the heart of St. Petersburg. The Ministry of Internal Affairs stated that three individuals lost their lives, with at least six others sustaining injuries.

As a result of the accident, the Investigative Committee has launched two criminal cases.
