The authorities are currently conducting an anti-corruption campaign at the Davtian Library in Sasuntsi. Prior to this, the head of the Tavush region, Bagrat Shahumyan, had announced that large-scale actions would be carried out in 10 different places in Armenia, including Yerevan and other regions. However, it should be noted that these actions will not involve mass gatherings and instead, a rally will be held at 18:30. In the morning, activists, supported by Bagrat Shahumyan’s leadership, began marching from Republic Square towards various locations. Students also joined the procession, which passed by EHU, Polytechnic, Brusov, Agrarian University, and the Conservatory. It is important to remember that Bagrat Shahumyan had previously announced his intention to initiate anti-corruption actions, urging for a boycott and strike, in a public announcement at Republic Square. Additionally, the two factions of the National Assembly are initiating a boycott process under the leadership of the IEP leader in Parliament.
