“Vazgen Manukyan Debunks Myth Surrounding Robert Kocharyan’s Candidacy, Raises Eyebrows with Surprising Assertion”

During a press conference on May 10, the leader of the Homeland Salvation Movement, Vazgen Manukyan, addressed the topic of Stepanakert’s mayor, Igor Kocharyan, in response to a question about the potential candidacy of Robert Kocharyan for prime minister. Manukyan clarified that he had only met the former president once, in 2001, for a brief 5-minute encounter at the government building in Yerevan. He emphasized that if he had any significant meeting with someone, he would have no problem mentioning it. When asked about Arman Tatoyan, he stated that discussions about various individuals, including himself, are possible. It is important to note that the National Assembly can initiate a motion of no confidence in the prime minister if at least one-third of the total number of deputies submit the motion within a specific timeframe.
