The operational department of the judicial administration of the center of justice, along with the departments of security for judges and court officials in the judicial system, has successfully uncovered and prevented instances of corruption in April. According to NEWS.am, certain employees of the security departments, who were acting on behalf of corrupt individuals, have been implicated in various illegal activities, such as drug smuggling, possession of personal weapons, and placement of explosives in various locations including cars, warehouses, and underground passages. As a result of their investigation, authorities have confiscated a significant amount of illegal substances, including 231.96 grams of cocaine-like substances, similar to narcotic substances, as well as other items such as mobile phones, SIM cards, Wi-Fi routers, cutting tools, self-distilled spirit, alcoholic beverages, and various types of drugs. Financial transactions related to these crimes were also identified, and forensic investigations are currently ongoing.
