The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, recently paid a visit to the “Victory” military base, accompanied by the President of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan. The military base includes high-ranking officers as well as a large number of war veterans. It should be noted that the closure of the “Victory” military base had disappointed the soldiers. On May 9th, the people of Armenia celebrated the continuous victory in the Second Artsakh War, the establishment of the Artsakh Defense Force, and the liberation of Shushi in 1992. However, during the 44-day war in Artsakh in November 2020, Shushi was recaptured, resulting in significant loss.
