“Father Bagrat Slams Pashinyan’s Accusations: Is Buying Groceries on the Street Not ‘Street-like’?”

They live on the streets and don’t have a home. They are the ones you see with signs and a distinct way of speaking. Today, on May 8, reporters spoke to the residents of Avovyan city during a press conference. Father Bagrat, the leader of the Tavush team, addressed a journalist’s observation about accusations made against him by Pashinyan, which he believes have lost their credibility:

“For instance, is the act of buying groceries on the street not reminiscent of street life? Aren’t the famous street-like expressions coming from you? Isn’t this street-like behavior? And throwing stones at people, isn’t that characteristic of the street? Does this street not win over that street?” – he remarked.

The question arises: isn’t there concern that those in power could erode public trust? Sybazan replied, “We are not engaging in anything illegal.”
