Russian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksey Overchuk made this announcement, citing his own firsthand experience of witnessing the advantages of cooperation during a visit to the EAEU region with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. Overchuk highlighted the significant increase in trade between Armenia and a particular EAEU member country over the past two years, mentioning that the accelerated terms were a contributing factor. He also emphasized the various advantages that Armenia enjoys through its cooperation with other countries in the Eurasian Union and Europe, specifically in the areas of energy and grocery purchases.
