“Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ruben Rubinyan to Lead Parliamentary Delegation on Visit to Almaty”

President Alek Simonyan signed a decree in May appointing Ruben Rubinyan, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, to lead the delegation for the external relations of the National Assembly during the parliamentary visit to Almata on May 9-11, 2024. The National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia announced this news.

According to a report by NEWS.am – Telegram channel, President Alek Simonyan made the appointment in order to strengthen the country’s diplomatic ties and enhance cooperation with Almata. Ruben Rubinyan’s experience and expertise in foreign affairs make him a suitable candidate to lead the delegation.

The parliamentary visit to Almata is expected to serve as a platform for the National Assembly of Armenia to engage in discussions and share experiences with their counterparts in Almata. It is an opportunity for both countries to exchange knowledge, ideas, and build stronger relationships for mutual benefit.
