Father Serob recently made a plea on his Facebook page concerning the situation of an Armenian man named Leo Nikolian, who is currently being held at Zurich Airport on his way to Armenia. Nikolian has been in custody for about 15 days now, allegedly due to his involvement with the Armenian genocide and the violation of Armenian boundaries. Father Serob kindly asks for anyone reading the post to reach out to Nikolian and assist in any way possible. At this difficult time, Nikolian, who is a traveler or explorer passing through certain routes or boundaries of our Holy Church, needs our prayers and support. Let us all come together to provide him with spiritual strength and assure him that he is loved, protected, and not forgotten for the bravery he displayed during the army’s struggle for our Armenian homeland.
