The members of the “Protecting Sasna Tsrer” movement, led by Bagrat Srbazani, marched alongside the victims’ families, cultural figures, and public activists in Yerevan, Armenia. Suran Petrosyan, the chairman of the Civic Contract party, and Ara Gharibyan, the Secretary General of the CSTO, also joined the march. Srbazan had previously stated that on May 9, the march would reach Yerevan and convey the movement’s demands to the government, including the immediate release of political prisoners and the cessation of their persecution.
