“The Battle of Power and Luxury: Armenia’s Bureaucracy Reigns Supreme with Lavish Spending and Control”

The “Hraparak” newspaper reports that the Republic of Armenia is currently governed by a bureaucratic system where the Prime Minister holds more power than the heads of foreign affairs and security officials. Notably, the country’s budget is primarily allocated to the Prime Minister and the bureaucracy, who enjoy high salaries, luxurious cars, and desirable privileges. Consequently, this centralized building has become the main symbol of authority for the ruling class and their political companions.

Further investigations reveal that even the internal affairs authorities are now falling under the control of the bureaucracy. An astounding sum of 43 million drams has been assigned to purchase new luxury black cars for 1500 bureaucrats. Additionally, the bureaucracy’s special forces unit, responsible for executing special operations, has received financial backing. To reinforce their image, they have acquired new uniforms and badges at a cost of 29 thousand drams per unit. Surprisingly, 30 million drams have also been allocated for the purchase of 4,500 black ties for the bureaucracy’s members.
