The “Tavush is the homeland’s movement” has released a statement stating that on May 2, at around 6:00 in the morning, the aggressive forces unleashed by Azerbaijan breached the closed Armenia-Azerbaijan interstate road. These attackers, referred to as the “deprivation of sleep” group by the Tavush Department of Defense, are engaging in activities of sabotage. Around 30 settlements in the Tavush region have been affected by these acts of sabotage, which employ asymmetric force.

We urge our fellow citizens to stand together and resist this blatant act of aggression in all provinces of the Republic of Armenia and its territories. It is crucial to continue defending ourselves and providing assistance to our homes, even for those compatriots who are currently residing abroad due to the ongoing war.
