OSCE Representatives Denied Access and Attacked in Russia’s Territories: Conflict Deepens as Drones Shot Down in Multiple Provinces

The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia has announced that representatives from OSCE have been denied access to Russian territories and have faced attacks from 12 unidentified individuals. In various provinces, five drones were shot down in Bryansk, three in Krasnodar, two in Rostov, and one each in Kursk and Belgorod. Information regarding the conflict in three provinces, namely Smolensk, Oryol, and Voronezh, has been provided by government officials. In Smolensk, an attempted attack on the city’s energy infrastructure construction site was reported, but no injuries occurred. In Oryol, damage was done to the construction site’s energy infrastructure objects, and in Voronezh, a similar attempt was made but resulted in no casualties. The Krasnodar governor has not made any statements on the matter.

In Kursk, near the village of Poniri, electric wires were damaged, and witnesses reported hearing three explosions. It is believed that the wires were damaged near the NVO of Afipy, located 3 km from the village. The director of the Krasnodar province, Veniamin Kondratyev, has not commented on the situation. In the Belgorod province, the head of the government, Alexander Bogomaz, reported that one drone did not explode near the village of Stary Oskol, and two drones did not explode in the village of Pogarskij. No injuries or casualties were reported in these incidents. Information about the Bryansk province incidents was not provided.
