The plastic bottles inventory in the municipal dump of the Russian city of Ramenskoye is currently on fire, with the fire covering an area of 2 thousand square meters. The incident was reported on Tuesday by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation.

According to Sotex company, their warehouse in Ramenskoye was affected by the fire, but they were able to save the pallets, loading equipment, and other machinery. As a safety measure, 30 people were evacuated from the building, while 70 firefighters and 22 special vehicles are currently working to extinguish the fire. Fortunately, 40 employees of the rescue service were able to escape the building on their own. However, there are reports that there may still be people trapped inside.
