The signing of the ceasefire agreement does not guarantee peace, as there is always a possibility of something going wrong. During a meeting of the National Assembly on April 30, Arthur Hovhannisyan, the leader of the “Civil Contract” group of writers, emphasized that no peace agreement can be deemed completely satisfactory. Hovhannisyan highlighted the existence of risks associated with the peace process. He mentioned that Armenia is undergoing certain processes aimed at minimizing the chances of escalation. The MP also expressed the need for cooperation with Azerbaijan, emphasizing the importance of understanding their intentions and decisions to mitigate these risks.
