The military committee of NATO has announced that they will be discussing the issue of protecting borders and providing assistance to Ukraine during a meeting on May 16 in Brussels. The meeting will be held between the defense ministers of Ukraine and NATO, with representatives from Russia present, in order to discuss the situation in Eastern Ukraine and the role of NATO and its member countries in aiding Ukraine. The meeting in Vienna will also address the progress of implementing decisions made at the NATO summit and prepare for the upcoming summit in Washington in July. Admiral Robert Bauer will chair the meeting, with the participation of NATO Chief of Staff Jens Stoltenberg.
