On April 26th at 4:00, the Department of Environmental Protection at the Bagratashen border checkpoint underwent a relocation to the Department of Customs Control within the November division. This relocation was orchestrated by Semion B., a 25-year-old individual.

Since November 2nd, 2022, Semion B. has been under investigation by the authorities of the Novgorod province in the Russian Federation. The investigation pertains to the alleged involvement in the production, sale, or trafficking of tobacco products, narcotics, or similar substances.

As a result of the ongoing investigation, the means of transport used by Semion B. have been confiscated, pending further inquiry and examination by the authorities.
