The Yerevan-Sevan highway in the Hrazdan section is currently blocked due to protests. Demonstrators are attempting to forcefully gain access to the road. During the protest, one of the participants voiced their frustration, questioning whether the authorities had taught them to stand by the citizens and criticizing the use of unequal force. In response, an officer stated that they were simply following orders. Subsequently, the protesters began pushing people and successfully opened the road, even confronting MP Artur Khachatryan.

When a journalist approached one of the officers to discuss the infringement upon the MP’s rights, the officer responded with arrogance, asking if the journalist was supporting the MP and urging them to mind their own business and leave the area. Shortly after, clashes between the protesters and citizens erupted, with Artur Khachatryan actively involved.

Reports indicate that the protests against injustice are continuing to spread throughout Armenia. Today, roads have been closed in various administrative regions of the capital city and across the country.
